Our restaurants at Bagus Agro Pelaga Resort serve various kinds of food for a distinct fine dining experience, for instance a full menu derived from the Japanese generally known as Shabu-shabu/Steamboat (only served in Lotus Restaurant), typical traditional Indonesian dishes along with variants of healthy foods. Our constantly evolving menu is the creation of our chef who only uses the freshest seasonal ingredients and products available from local growers, farmers, ranchers, fisheries and our own garden. Our chef applies old-world cooking principles to create seasonal, delicious foods that are bold, light and distinct.
