Our restaurants at Bagus Agro Pelaga Resort serve a full menu derived from the Japanese recognized as Shabu-shabu/Steamboat (only served in Lotus Restaurant), typical traditional Indonesian cuisines as well as variants of healthy foods. Our constantly evolving menu is the creation of our Chef who defines his cooking by using the freshest seasonal ingredients and products available from local growers, farmers, rancher, fisheries and our own garden. Our chef takes the freshest Balinese agriculture and products and apples old world cooking principals to create seasonal, delicious foods that are bold, yet light and distinct.
