Coconut Oil Making
Learn how to make your own healthy coconut oil from scratch by using the traditional Balinese techniques. This Pelaga-style homemade coconut oil is 100% pure and is harvested from coconuts that grow naturally on the island of Bali. You will also get to sample the coconut oil as a souvenir during the different stages of this process.
Coffee Roasting & Balinese Cake “Laklak” Making
Coffee processing – from roasting to serving it – and typical Balinese cake making in a typical Balinese open kitchen. Traditional Balinese rice pan cakes are cooked in traditional equipment.
